Ingredients / raaka-aineet

  • Tuore sieni / Fresh mushroom   400 g
  • Sipuli / Onion   1
  • Voi / Butter   1 tbsp
  • Vehnäjauho / Flour   4 tbsp
  • Kanaliemi / Chicken broth   1.25 l
  • Koskenlaskija(vihreä)   1
  • Persilja / Persley

 

Directions / Ohjeet

  1. Stir fry the mushrooms and onion with butter.
  2. Add the flour.
  3. Add the chicken soup and let it boil for 10 min.
  4. Cut the koskenlaskija small and add in the soup.
  5. Add the persley and Eat!!
