Ingredients / raaka-aineet
- Tuore sieni / Fresh mushroom 400 g
- Sipuli / Onion 1
- Voi / Butter 1 tbsp
- Vehnäjauho / Flour 4 tbsp
- Kanaliemi / Chicken broth 1.25 l
- Koskenlaskija(vihreä) 1
- Persilja / Persley
Directions / Ohjeet
- Stir fry the mushrooms and onion with butter.
- Add the flour.
- Add the chicken soup and let it boil for 10 min.
- Cut the koskenlaskija small and add in the soup.
- Add the persley and Eat!!
